This pretty flare skirt has a pleated hem that flutters this flirty and femme skirt. Fabric is 100% Viscose, machine washable. Tiny floral print of pink, blue, red and white on a black background. There is a 2” elasticized waistband and it is a pull on skirt. Measurements are length 19” and waistband 30”.
