Changed size and am cleaning out the closet. 100% rayon, crinkle like look with square navy embroidery around V-neckline with a tie and tassels. Sheer and flowy. Note the embroidery is Navy. Approx. Measurement laying flat: 18 1/2 inches armpit to armpit.
