NWOT: Lime Chili flowy floral swimming coverup

This lightweight Lime Chili dress could serve multiple purposes....the armpit area comes down a little low, so it would be best with a bandeau / tank top / sports bra underneath...but would also make a fantastic swimsuit cover-up! Fabric is loose & flowy but drapes very nicely. New / unworn (yeah, I don't know why, either...) MATERIAL: 100% rayon SIZING: shoulder seam to lowest hem point is approx 35" (bottom hem has a slight lift in the front, so it's slightly higher than the sides)
