NWOT This is a Beautiful Laveer Vest made from all Plant Based Products. Outter Shell (Viscose, Linen, Cotton) Inner Lining (100% Rayon Linen) This has a Variety of Zippered Pockets with one that Snaps. (see pictures) The Vest has a Zippered Closure with a (Rayon Linen) Belt. Don't know if belt came with a buckle. It does not have a buckle on the belt.
