Lightweight, chambray denim dress with ruffled collar, keyhole front with tie. Metal tips on the ties. Elastic waist and wrist cuffs. Ruffles at the wrists. Ruffled hem. Midi length. Pockets. New without tags! I purchased this for myself, cut the tags off and had it dry cleaned. It has never been worn. Measurements: Armpit to armpit - 18" Shoulder to hem - 42.5"
