NWOT- Ladies Dress

Abstract bright white & black dress. Below the waist & down the front, has a large inverted pleat, & around the waist, in the front of the dress only, is a single layer peplum which allows for waist definition. The dress is fully lined. The lining is 100% polyester & the outer fabric is polyester & spandex. The pit to pit measurement is 19" & the length from back neck to hem is 38" with 3/4 length sleeves. This dress is "New Without Tags" & is machine wash & tumble dry.
