NWOT purple top from Hot Topic by Midnight Hour. Open shoulder sleeves. Really pretty black, lace skull design on front with sparkly glitter. Lace floral panel down center of back as well. Lightweight and flowy, and it is an absolutely gorgeous shade of purple!!! Never worn. Skulls halloween sparkle
