NWOT LOOK calf length quilted skirt

Never worn, excellent condition, beautiful quilted skirt. Soft with a fun shape that flares out and flows naturally with movement. Waist is elastic, so it says large but can be stretched to extra large or just put a big belt over it to fit smaller.
