My mom purchased this from a boutique, tried it on, took off the tags, but never wore it! It is a cute faux wrap dress in a cheetah print. It has a ruffle around the neckline and carries down the skirt part. The skirt is fully sewn around so you don't have to worry about accidentally flashing anyone.
