NWOT Kay Unger 100% silk batik duster size 12

This is a gorgeous Kay Unger long blouse/duster/tunic. I suspect it is new without tags, it has plastic strings that used to hold tags, but tags are no longer attached. Made of 100% silk in Korea. This duster has batik floral painting. Super light, fully lined. Has hidden buttons, and a decorative beautiful button on the top. It is size 12, please see the photos with measurements. Comes from smoke free home.
