NWOT Kan Can Chambray Off the Shoulder Top Size Medium

-New without tags -Chambray Blue in color -Elastic at the top, bottom, and on sleeves -Wear off the shoulders or not -Sleeves are not quite 3/4" Sleeves -The Brand tag says Medium but the fabric tag says small. It is a medium for sure. Pics are shown on my size 8/10 Mannequin.
