NWOT - Jones New York Tunic/Dress

Beautiful black and silver metallic threaded tunic/dress from Jones New York. Material is very stretchy, but too form fitting for me. Never worn! Depending on your height, could be worn as a dress or would look great with black tights! Size tag has been cut out, but I normally wear a large. Underarm to underarm - 15”, but easily stretches to 19” Length - 33”
