NWOT Jolimall boots

NWOT boot. Never been worn. Soles and heels are distressed. Zips up inside. Decorative buckles and chains. 1 3/4” heels, boo 7 3/4 at tallest point. Bought at boutique, thought they were size 9. Too small. No return. Measure 9 3/4” heel to toe and 3 1/2” across foot
