NWOT- Jodi Kristopher Striped Dress with Elbow Sleeves

This striped Jodi Kristopher dress is a little business, a little baby doll, a little emo and a whole lot of fun! It features a striped thin knit top (that is more smoke blue than the turquoise that showed up in the picture), elbow length sleeves, a wide neckline that is almost off-the-shoulder, and a tie at the waist that can be made into a bow or knot. There is no size labeled in this garment but it is approximately a size small-medium and measures 33" from top to bottom, 15.5" across the chest and the sleeves are 11.5" from the armpit to cuff. It has never been worn and is in excellent condition.
