NWOT Jessica Howard little black dress with some spice. Lovely black ruffled cocktail dress with beaded straps. Never worn. Tags taken off but at last minute didn't use due to change in plan. Lovely and perfect to go out in. Light and airy, lined and amazing feeling. Makes fun for twirling with the ruffled 12p from a non smoking home.
