Brand new, never worn nor washed. Super soft & easy, flowy dress. Can double as a skirt. I also have this exact item in turquoise and also hot pink listed. Brand new as well. Total length is approx 34 inches. Bust is 12 1/2 inches unstretched. But it will stretch a LOT!
