NWOT J. Crew Green Ruffle Midi Dress with Pockets Size 00

New without Tag. I cut the tag off hoping to shrink a little after wash/dry. Sadly, it kept the original shape and did not get shrunk at all. This dress is a little big for me, I normally wear size 00 Petite from J. Crew. Material is 100% Cotton. Ruffle Detailing. Pockets. Never worn. Wash/Dry Once. Measured at 15.5" bust, 46" length (approx.) I will look for a tag if I did not throw away.
