this is the cutest little purse! it is a clutch and a beautiful soft robin's egg blue with a soft straw looking material. it is not straw and not hard it is soft. it has a tortoise shell looking buckle on the front and snaps underneath the front closure. it has one slide pocket on the inside and one zippered pocket on the inside. it is 9 in across by 7 in high by 3 and a 1/2 in wide. ice also attached photos of the strap on it.
