Adjustable strap around neck can be tightened or loosened to hang around neck when hat is not being worn on head but you need it close by. Great for all types of sports. Great to have for hunting season. Also good for recreational events when reflective gear is necessary at night. Ventilation on top of head so Air can flow through. **could not capture its true color.
