NWOT Ieena for Mac Duggal ruched cut out puff sleeve gown

Stunning cut out poly chiffon gown. There is no slit in this flowy dress. Back hidden zippers and fully lined. No padding in the pleated bust line. Elastic cuffs on the sheer sleeves. There is a minor blemish on the shoulder of one of the sleeves. I tried to get a photo to highlight, but it is difficult to notice/photograph. Underarm 18” Flat waist 15” Length 61” Dress is brand new and unworn, but has been kept on the sales floor and tried on in store.
