NWOT INC statement necklace

Beautiful gold tube with 2 drapey sets of jewels front and center.To put on you must twist the gold tubing.It does have an extender chain too.It shows minor scratches from processing. Tage fell off too ,but my manifest says it was $59 retai,so my price compensates for all the above.:)
