NWOT Houston White red & blue houndstooth-esque pants size M (32-34)

Never worn, needed a Large for me. But absolutely phenomenal pants. Amazing checkered / houndstooth (?) design in red & blue. Two buttons, a zipper and drawstrings at the naval. I’d call the fit regular bordering on slim (not skinny). Two side as well as two back pockets with belt loops. Really amazing pants and again, never worn.
