NWOT House of Harlow 1960 Two-Piece Floral Set. Both are XS. This is a dark blue and white set. Pants are very high waisted with elastic and a drawstring to customize the fit. These are wide leg. Waist measures 13" unstretched. Inseam is 30" but could easily be altered to customize the length. The cute top has adjustable straps and a smocked back. Made of 97% polyester and 3% spandex.
