NWOT Heartloom brand blouse sold on Revolve, size small. I bought this planning to use for a St. Patricks Day party (thinking I would also be able to wear it anytime for work/errands/etc). BUT I never went to said party…and despite being a cute top, it has remained in the back of my closet.
