NWOT Handmade Peter Pan Skirt

Purchased from an Etsy shop called “Go Follow Rabbits”. Peter Pan characters with stretchy waistband. Unlined. I bought when I was teaching but never got around to wearing and now it no longer fits. Please see measurements. It does not have a size tag but I believe it was a Medium. Would be adorable to wear as a teacher or school staff, very Miss Frizzle!
