NWOT Halogen striped wrap dress size L

Just bought this new with tags, however it won’t work out for me. Dress is still brand new and a gorgeous green color! Since this is a wrap dress the measurements are flexible, but the measurements below are at the smallest point. Waist and hip are adjustable for several more inches. Pit to pit is 22” Waist is 18” Length is 47” Reposhing this item I purchased from @wow2style. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Questions? Leave a comment below!
