New without tags, never worn. I bought this gorgeous dress but it’s too small for me. It’s a size 6 but it runs really small, fits more like a 0 zero or XSmall. Measurements flat: underarm to underarm approximately 16”, 14” waist, 34” length, 20” sleeve inseam.
