NWOT H&M Black Sequined Skirt

Never worn H&M black Sequined skirt, sequins still intact. Fully lined - not itchy! No zipper, pull in with elastic waistband. Size S, would probably fit a size 2-4, not much stretch. Perfect for parties or going out! Comes from a pet free and smoke free home!
