NWOT H&M Basics Collection Mini Skirt

This black mini skirt from the H&M Basics Collection is in excellent condition. It is new without tags, and has never been worn or washed. The fabric is 95% cotton and 5% elastane for a fitted but stretchy fit. For measurements, please see photos. All my items come from a pet and smoke free home. Always open to offers!
