NWOT HALTER CROSS BACK JEWELED DRESS

NWOT, Says size 10, but runs really small. I would say this fits a size 4-6. From a European site, so the sizing is off. Does have stretch though. Straps cross in around neck and in back. Bejeweled waistline. Zipper back. Fully lined. Great quality. Never worn.
