This NWOT H by Halston Sleeveless Ruffled Strap Dress Batik Blossom Maxi Dress in Poplin Size Medium has ruffle shoulders, and a ruffle along the bottom 1/4 of the skirt, V Neck on the back and front, and a pretty bow/sash tie detail on the back line. The pattern is a beautiful paisley floral in bright jewel tones, with blue pink and purple flowers. I noticed by the underarm zipper, the material is a little worn from being tried on.
