NWOT: Gorgeous Velvet Burnout Maxi Dress (S)

Beautiful hand painted Velvet Burnout Dress (Linda Sweatt) with a dark blue silk slip. This gorgeous dress could double as a Bohemian Wedding / Prom Gown. Details: 47 1/2” long from scoop neck, 42” bottom of the V back, 2” top shoulder strap, and ~17” across the bust. This is not a standard A line silhouette. There are 2 insert panels on each side that begin @ the waist and flare out 14 1/2” at the bottom that provide flowing movement. The first 3 pics are shown with the slip underneath.
