NWOT Gorgeous Summer Dress

This dress is not only beautiful, it's versatile. Material has a nice shimmer to it and is silky to the touch. It can be worn as a tube dress or maxi skirt. It has an adjustable hemline and can be worn with or without straps. Sadly, I do not have the straps the came with the dress as I lost them while moving.
