NWOT Gorgeous Nautical Themed Dress

NWOT This is a simply adorable nautical themed royal blue with white stripes at hem & sleeves dress. While it is 100% NWOT, as seen in pic #3, it arrived with a very tiny stain on the very bottom of the back of the dress. I did not want to wash it, because it’s NWOT, so that stain may in fact, be easily removed. Even if it isn’t, it is barely noticeable. I’ll be honest as always ladies, I absolutely adore this dress! Sadly, however, it doesn’t fit me 😢. But, my loss = your gain!
