I'm a little confused about the measurements. I assume it's 15 inches width (across the front) and 15 inches from bottom of bag to top of strap (or is that from bottom of bag to top of the bag itself?). What is the 12.5? Also, what is the outside material -- green suede with leather handles? In the photos, the green doesn't appear to be a bright green but more of a blue/green; is that the case? Thank you.
