I’m usually a size 6, and wear light layers. Lmk if you have questions! Though I didn’t need to wear it (trip to Ireland and it never rained, go figure 🤣) I did test it beforehand under the faucet. While it’s not 100% waterproof, it repels water like a champ and is still light and breathable with a nice drape. Packed up small in the suitcase.
