I found this bag for my SIL and she purchased it last night. Now she’s notified that the sale is cancelled due to damage? What’s the real reason as that bag was not damaged. Thank you in advance for your help!

@gdepompei the bag has been for sale for awhile and today I started to pack it up and noticed a few rubbed spots on corners and handles. Nothing unsightly or major but It is not NWOT now. I’m going to relist it along with additional photos and she can buy it if she still wants to
