NWOT! French Connection Stripes Stretch Dress Size Mediun

New French Connection Dress Has never been worn! Tags have been removed but never worn or used! Blue and black stripes are on the upper half of dress. Upper half is loose and with sleeves. As shown in pics, there are slight holes surrounding the neck and sleeves as the design. Please look at the pictures for the great condition of dress Lower half is tighter fabric and stretchy to give it a form fitted feeling. Made out of Cotton and Lyocell to give it the stretchiness!
