This dress is so adorable. It has puffed short sleeves adjustable straps that cross and tie in the back. the bodice is stretchy elastic. There’s a soft inner liner, it’s high low skirt style. In excellent condition, never worn. Size small. From shoulder to bottom it is 33 1/2 inches in the front and 37 inches in the back. PTP is 18 inches.
