Absolutely stunning NWOT Free People off shoulder dress with tons & tons of gorgeous embroidery!!! Size small but very oversized…would fit small, medium, or large. The length measures 27 inches but you will have it pulled down off the shoulders so you can add a few inches to that. 3/4 length sleeves. Pit to pit 19 inches. Very light blue (almost a light gray blue). Cotton & machine washable. This dress is amazing!!!! Smoke free, pet free home.
