NWOT?? Free People Got Me Twisted Sheer open back

Basically NWOT. Super cute, excellent condition, no piling snags etc. Only hand washed and flat to dry, tried on several times, worn around the house trying on different shoes etc but was not worn more than an hour if that. I wanted this to work but it's just not my style. *one manufacturer defect in the inside waistband has some pulls from the seam. Shouldn't be an issue for the garment and is not visible from the outside. *probably need steamed to get stripes to be flat??
