NWOT Free People Black and White Polkadot Pippa Mini Dress

New without tag. I took the tag off the stress and have tried it on a couple of times but I’ve never worn it. Pippa dress by Free People. Black background with small soft white polkadots. Vneck. Mini length. Buttons down the front. The buttons are a bit asymmetrical and are off to the side. The bodice is slightly blousy, and then the dress fits more around the waist and hips, and then flares out at the bottom of the skirt. Sleeve has a bit of a ruched detail at the top. Bodice is unlined, skirt is lined. To me, there is something slightly retro about it, like a little bit of 1940s flair. 100% rayon. No stretch. Size extra small. Measurements: Shoulder to shoulder: 15.25 inches Pit to pit: 16 inches Waist: 13.25 inches across Length: 33 inches from base of neck to bottom hem
