@mindythemouse for the most part yes. However, the waist is elastic, so it will stretch to accommodate, and it ties in the back, so I’d say it would fit a XS to S. Waist is about 13 1/2 inches across and the length from the strap to the hem is about 32 inches, give or take. Let me know if you have any other questions!
