NWOT Francesca’s striped sweatshirt dress

This is NWOT, bought directly from the boutique. It’s simply too big for me, but the cut is supposed to be more boxy. This was cute when I tried it on with knee high boots! See pics for details (I cuffed the sleeves but it comes uncuffed). NOTE: the brand is listed as Francesca's Collections for exposure, but it is actually made by Alya.
