NWOT Francescas Collections dress

New without rages Francescas Collections steeples dress. Geometric design on the bottom. Very light has a decent amount of stretch to it as well! The top portion of the dress feels like a cotton material and the bottom has stretch and feels almost like a swim suit material! Love this dress, just not my size! No listed size but would fit a XS-SM
