jmrbeauty Skirts like this at forever 21 cost less than $20, so I feel like it’s overpriced, but it’s a cute skirt!

aicooke44 @jmrbeauty it’s actually a higher quality than most forever 21 skirts so it did cost me more. It’s comparable to something you’d find at PacSun or American Eagle and it’s also brand new so that’s why it’s listed a little higher!
