@raelyn_hope are you wondering if this hugs your thighs. Underneath it just has a slip and the sequence is just over the slip so there is no tightness that would be hugging your hips like a mini skirt, or that slimming look at the pencil shaped skirt is supposed to be like. Does that answer your question?
