NWOT Forever 21 Leather Mini Skirt (XL)

NWOT Forever 21 faux Leather mini skirt, size XL (runs small). I held onto this skirt for many years thinking one day I may fit into it but that never happened lol. It's in excellent condition! There's an exposed silver zipper in the back. Runs small imo for an XL, no stretch or give with this fabric. Approximate flat measurements: Waist: 16 inches Hip: 22 inches
