NWOT Forever 21 Floral Blue Mini Skirt

Dark blue mini skirt from Forever 21 with floral design. I modeled this for you in the pictures so you can see what it looks like. My height is 5"4' for reference. I bought this in a Forever 21 haul as a teenager. But I don't ever remember wearing it. My style has changed now so I'm no longer interested in wearing this.
