@katherineav I just updated the listing with a photo of the tag listing the dress material/cleaning instructions. It says dry clean only. I will get back to you on the waist measurements shortly. 😊 also, I am currently moving & have to downsize so if you see anything else in my closet I’ll do almost all items for $5 or lower when bundled 💜 happy to answer any questions you have

@lowood2323 okay thank you. I really want this dress but I don’t do dry clean only lol. I wonder if I could just hand wash it in cold water and hang it flat to dry 🤔

@katherineav Sothis is my first time measuring a dress waist wise & I’m not sure if this is the best dress fit to give accurate measurements but I did a few things to hopefully help. I added 3 additional photos to give an idea but wanted to point out that the dress is fit and flare so it’s hard to say where the actual waist would be. I think where I measured was higher up so I also included the size guide from the Forever 21 site.

@katherineav aw congratulations!!! ☺️🎉and it’s not problem at all happy to help! So the tag says it’s polyester and spandex so the material has a bit of a stretch to it but the zipper back up top makes the top a bit hard to stretch in that area … it does make up for it with the self tie straps that give plenty of room for adjustment 😊
